• This is your first refund request for this product

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, simply:

1. Log into your dashboard
2. Navigate to “Purchases”
3. Click “Request Refund” next to the product

Refund Processing

Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that your bank may take additional time to process the refund.

After a Refund

Once a refund is processed, your license will be deactivated, and you will no longer have access to plugin updates or support. You are required to remove the plugin from your website(s).

Subscription Refunds

For yearly subscriptions, the 30-day guarantee applies to the initial purchase. Renewal payments are non-refundable unless there are exceptional circumstances. We recommend cancelling before your renewal date if you don’t wish to continue.
