By accessing our website or purchasing and using our WordPress plugins (“Products”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).

1. Definitions

  • Product(s) refers to any WordPress plugin, add-on or digital software sold or distributed by us
  • License refers to the usage rights granted upon purchase
  • User, Customer, “you” refers to any individual or entity using our website or Products

2. License Grant

Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Product under the following conditions:

  • The Product may be installed only on the number of websites allowed by your purchased license.
  • You may use the Product for personal or client websites (if permitted under your license type).
  • The license is subject to compliance with these Terms.

You may NOT:

  • Redistribute, resell, lease, sublicense or share the Product
  • Remove or alter proprietary notices
  • Use the Product for unlawful activities
  • Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code (except where allowed under GPL terms)
  • Share license keys publicly

3. GPL Compliance

All WordPress related PHP code in our plugins is licensed under the GNU General Public License (GPL), as required by WordPress guidelines.

However:

  • Images, CSS, JavaScript, branding elements and proprietary assets may not be covered under GPL and remain the intellectual property of NeedsPlugin.
  • License purchase covers access, updates and support not ownership of the software.

4. Payments & Subscriptions

  • All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
  • Payment is due at the time of purchase.
  • Subscription-based licenses renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard.
  • Failure to renew results in loss of updates and support access.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect active subscriptions until renewal.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a [7/14/30]-day money-back guarantee (choose your policy period).

Refunds will be granted if:

  • The Product does not function as described
  • Our support team cannot resolve a technical issue

Refunds will NOT be granted for:

  • Change of mind
  • Compatibility issues clearly stated on the product page
  • Failure to read documentation
  • Expired refund window

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that violate this policy.

6. Updates & Support

Active license holders receive:

  • Plugin updates
  • Bug fixes
  • Security patches
  • Email-based technical support

Support does NOT include:

  • Custom development
  • Third-party plugin/theme conflicts
  • Server configuration issues
  • Customization services

Lifetime license holders receive lifetime updates and support unless the Product is discontinued.

7. Intellectual Property

All Products, documentation, branding, logos and related materials are the exclusive property of NeedsPlugin.

Your purchase grants a right to use the Product not ownership.

Unauthorized copying, reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

NeedsPlugin shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, data, revenue or business interruption

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product.

You use our Products at your own risk.

9. Warranty Disclaimer

All Products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

We do not guarantee that:

  • The Product will meet all requirements
  • The Product will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • The Product will be compatible with all themes/plugins

10. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activity under your account
  • Providing accurate billing information

We reserve the right to suspend accounts involved in fraud, abuse or license violations.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate licenses for violation of these Terms
  • Disable access to updates and support

Termination does not entitle you to a refund outside the refund window.

12. Modifications to Terms
